Ok, so I still don't have much up, and hopefully I will be able to catch up when I have time-maybe back in hawaii..
Here is one restaurant that we like to go to..
Hani! When we first went it had just opened, so its been a few weeks now that it has been there. Compared to every other place we have been it is very nice..
The menu is one thing we've learned to master (ok not quite, but at least know the basics)
It's hardly ever in english, and so when there is someone with us from here we take advantage of the translation.lol
Ice cream is yummy here, nice and smooth. Akullore, we learned this word really quick :)
Omelets are served many places, sometimes with vegetables on the side.
and here's Aaron with his GIANT calzone.lol

Aug. 6
Every Monday and Thursday we go to a school in the old part of the town to teach music to this group of kids...
Taula teaches the harmonica class...
Burim teaches a pennywhistle class...
After the first class, Diana was practicing her Albanian skills and asking the girls what their names were..

...they thought it was very funny :)
Anyone know what song we're singing here?? ...

Aug 4
On Saturdays, we go out and play! Burim takes the BYUH group and any of the youth volunteers that want to join off to some place in Kosovo for the day. Today, the lake :) -which lake, I couldn't tell you- It was very pretty, especially with all the mountains that surrounded us. We brought food, instruments, a soccer ball, and apparently not enough sunscreen.lol
Yes, ladies and gentes, that is 3, count them, Three people high :)
And what trip is complete without one vehicle breaking down. so we got to step out, take pictures of the view (here's the red roofs I mentioned)...
do some cool moves...
maybe a few cartwheels...
these are the euro store -like dollar store- shoes we got. <3
ok, after a good while we called a van to pick us up and drive us home... glad we made it home safe ;)
